Personal data collected
In the context of providing consultancy services in open-source
intelligence and informational due diligence, the following data may
be collected:
- Full name and identification data of the client
- Contact details: email, phone, address

Information related to the engagement: name or description of the
subject of analysis, declared purpose and supporting documentation
provided by the client
Sensitive personal data as defined in Article 3, section VI of the
LFPDPPP are not collected.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data are used for the following necessary purposes:
- Formalize and execute the contractual service relationship
- Issue digital tax receipts (CFDI)
- Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations
- Communication related to the contracted engagement
Data transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without
your express consent, except for cases provided in Article 37 of the
LFPDPPP, including requests from competent authorities.
ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the
processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, send
your request to
info@nydra.org
indicating your full name, the data you want to exercise your right
over and a copy of your official identification.
Your request will be processed within a maximum period of 20
business days.
Use of cookies
This website only uses a first-party technical cookie named nydra_lang, whose sole purpose is to remember the language preference selected by the user to optimize navigation.
No tracking, browsing behavior analysis, user profiling, or third-party advertising cookies are used. Being a strictly necessary technical cookie, it does not require explicit opt-in consent under applicable privacy legislation.
